I read the previous reviews and found the amount of sodium a barrier to making this recipe. i had one 1.29 pound chicken breast (from a local butcher so it had no added sodium solution) that i cut into 3 pieces and place in the old green crockpot., mix all ingredients except chicken. put chicken in the crock pot and pour sauce mixture over it. (i usually save some sauce to drizzle over the chicken when i serve it). cook on low for 4-6 hours..
